4100 oil Part 2

Part 2Replaced oil on 4100 with 15W40 JD “Supreme Motor Oil PLUS-50” and noticed quart container was similar to container of Amoco Ultimate Gold (manufactured by Chevron). Both containers had same color, shape, size of label, and imprints in bottom of container. Each container also had black ink numbers printed on black plastic in the same location on container, about ½” above label. Numbers are different, but same style and type of coloring. Numbers can only be read if you hold the containers at an angle to direct light.Q.4> Is it common knowledge that Chevron makes JD PLUS-50 oil, or is this just errant conjecture on my part?
